Hey everyone, I know this is a bit of a stretch, but I was out in Capitol Hill last night and ended up losing something pretty special. A friend of mine—who lives out in Maple Valley—surprised me with a gift of about 600 Magic: The Gathering cards. He knows I’ve been wanting to get into the game, so he brought them all the way into Seattle for me, super nicely organized.
Unfortunately… I had a few more drinks than I planned and managed to leave the whole paper bag of cards at a bar.
I went back this morning to see if they’d been turned in, but no luck. The staff said they were super slammed and to check back later, but I figured I’d also shoot my shot here.
If anyone happened to find a paper bag full of Magic cards in Cap Hill last night, you’d honestly be a hero. Otherwise, I guess I get to tell my friend I lost his thoughtful gift the same night he gave it to me 🙃
