Looking for info on treehouse home in 1970s South Center

I was born in Seattle, as was my father. He loves to talk about being a stoner in1970s Seattle, and one of the stories or anecdotes he’s brought up a few times was about a man who lived in a treehouse. According to him, this man built his treehouse approximately 50 feet above the ground, somewhere in South Center, or perhaps, technically, Tukwila. He describes it as being near the freeway, on the opposite side of the freeway from the Fairfield Express Inn , between the freeway and the river. According to him, the insurance company made the man move out of the treehouse and the trees were later cut down.

I would love any information about this. If there is any old Seattle residents here, who may recognize this story and give me information, or point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
