Looking for people to taste test my gluten free bakes

So a bit of an odd one, but I’m looking for someone who eats gluten free and is willing to give detailed critique on my baking. I am a professional baker, but I currently work for a company that requires me to make their own recipes and I don’t have much freedom to experiment. In the future I’m potentially going to start selling my own baked goods, but I need a foundation of good recipes first.

While I’m not personally gluten free, I do have several gf family members (that are sadly too far to ask) and a decent amount of experience baking gf. I live in Bellevue, and I have a full kitchen to work with, but it’s also not possible to avoid cross contamination right now, so if you have celiac sadly I can’t safely bake for you.

All I’m requesting is that you come either to me or somewhere nearby, pick up whatever I’ve made, and tell me what you think. I’ll ask specific questions, but I need someone who knows how to describe in detail what may be wrong, is willing to try different ingredients without being too picky, and has eaten gluten free from the store or other bakeries for comparison. No money is involved, and I don’t need you to help in any other way (unless you want to suggest recipes/foods for me to try). You are also welcome to share with gf or non gf people and ask for their thoughts. My goal is to make the best gf bakes I can for everyone.

If multiple people are willing to help, that’s perfect, but I probably won’t be able to do more than 2-3. You having knowledge of baking is also a plus, but you don’t have to. I will provide the specific recipes I used to you so you know exactly what you’re eating, and answer questions about the process. I don’t mind if you share the recipes with people either.
