Looking for the owner ( older black man with gray hair and a goatee, using a black and rainbow umbrella) of a dog (looked to be a german shepherd mix on a leash) who bit me tonight by East denny way and east olive way on capitol hill. Just trying to get information on the dog’s vaccines

Tonight while walking down the sidewalk, a man outside a bar had a dog on a leash.That bit me as I walked past.

I am not trying to get anyone in trouble but I am hoping to avoid having to get rabieshots.

By the time I collected myself and got first aid from a nearby bar.The man had already left down the hill.

Any information or advice would be really appreciated
