Loud late-night car racing near Bellevue Main Street – anyone else hearing this?

For the past few nights, especially around 10–11 PM, I’ve been hearing super loud car revving and what sounds like street racing near Main Street in Bellevue (close to the park and residential areas). It’s jarring and feels way too close for comfort.

Is this a known issue? Anyone else experiencing this or know what’s going on? Wondering if there’s already been action taken.

Would appreciate any info or advice on how to deal with it.
