It is a bit earlier in the evening than December so a little bit more accessible. -3.5 is really low! So on those nights, you often see things you wouldn’t normally have access to. Winter low tide tends to have lots of crabs… and some octopus if you are lucky. Naturalists don’t do beach visits in the winter, but their guide to local beaches is great.
