Attacks on women and nonbinary people are escalating at an alarming rate. From being denied autonomy over our bodies and being tracked across state lines, to being denied sex-appropriate healthcare and research funding, to the social attitudes that give men and boys a sense of entitlement over us and to our bodies, the war on women is raging with full force. And shockingly, it’s being led by those at the top: the party currently ruling our country, and the oligarchs that funded its election campaigns. Despite the danger, women have stood up. This moment calls for more of us to be brave. This International Women’s Day, let’s be brave together. Join us for an inspiring rally featuring an intersectional lineup of speakers, poetry, song, and a march. ADA section and ASL interpreter will be provided. Date: March 8th. Time: 11:00 AM.
