Has anyone filled out at online application to get a marriage license? The by mail option says the form needs to be notarized and if you go in person, you need to sign the form in front of someone.
But from what I understand the online form just involved you filling it online and then they call you for a payment?
Can someone who’s done this explain the process? TIA!
