The people who had originally set it up were there when I came across it and they said they set it up a week ago when Pretti was killed. (I assume they have been replacing the flowers and candles regularly.) They mentioned they also created a placard with the names of detainees that died in ICE custody since they wanted to bring attention to them along with the protesters who were shot. submitted by /u/bennetthaselton |
