I will not go into details beyond realistic nightmare caused severe panic response that will not stop. Yesterday I tried all my regular methods and even managed a same day appointment with my therapist. I am at hour 27 of panic attack. I went to Virginia Mason as it’s the only hospital that takes community health plan of Washington. They gave me a pill that didn’t work and got me a ride home despite my deteriorating mental state.
Does anyone have any advice on where I should go and what I should do? I’m just scared and I want this anxiety to calm down. But it won’t.
