According to the Meydenbauer Bay Park Phase 2 Update that’s going to be presented to the Bellevue Parks board this Wednesday Jan 15 (meeting details here), it looks like they “anticipate construction documentation and permitting will take approximately 3 years before construction begins.” I am excited about the potential for expanding that beautiful park, and a little bummed that construction won’t start until several years from now.
