The pre-trial hearing for Mr Hudson’s domestic violence charge was today. I did not attend, however all the court documents are available for viewing.
Count 1, stalking, was dismissed.
Count 2, disclosing intimate images, resulted in a guilty plea.
Sentence was 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended for 24 months. The 10 days to serve were credited with time served (he’s been on ankle monitoring at home for months).
Probation requirements include no contact with the victim, no further criminal violations of law, no possessing weapons, and a mental health evaluation and follow-up treatment (if required). It appears there’s also a $43 “CCFE” fee, but I have no idea what that is.
FOX13 was there recording so perhaps the whole hearing will get posted eventually.
For those wondering about the reckless driving charge, that’s still pending. The trial is scheduled for tomorrow.
