Hello! Trying to help a Reddit-less homie get back on track. They’re trying to find a job in the northern Seattle/Shoreline area but they keep getting turned down, seemingly, because their background check comes back with them having 3 misdemeanor charges that were filed last year but settled in court end of last year and one that finished earlier this year. So far they’ve had 4 offers rescinded after the background check came through. One was Fred Meyer and I can’t remember the other 3. Good worker, super personable, great customer service skills (people skills in general), great at sales, and had worked for places like Seattle Housing Authority and AT&T before getting arrested. Don’t wanna disclose what it was for without their permission.
Any suggestions? At this point it seems like they’re open to anything that pays at least $20/h.
EDIT: Fixed some spelling
