Oscar has been missing since yesterday afternoon (last seen at home in madison park). We have a gps tracker on him but it is not charged. He has gone up to a mile away from the neighborhood once before. He has a QR code on his collar that leads to a phone number PLEASE CALL if you see him!! Comment where you saw him if he was too far away or not wearing his collar. He answers to Oscar and Gooby. Don’t tell me about coyotes, we are already investigating on that front!!! He likes dumpsters and climbing trees.
