Montlake property owners aiming to shut down rezoning efforts

Caught this link in my news feed this morning wherein the author brings attention to a city rezoning proposal that would allow apartments to be built up to six stories in Montlake. The author states that it would “greatly affect Montlake neighborhood”, and though they stop short of making a judgement call about how rezoning would affect the neighborhood, I’m left believing it’s little more than entrenched NIMBYism
