McHugh’s in Lower Queen Anne. You can also see it on Google Street View ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/GNgwZ6aiyamMzjy78 ). I can’t see an artist credit on it anywhere, and I can’t find anything online about the mural, so I am not sure if it’s a legally commissioned mural or anonymous street art. Note: this picture was made by taking five separate pictures and then stitching them together in MS Paint (really). Has anyone ever successfully used an app that lets you photograph long murals by letting you start in one spot and move smoothly from left to right, and then the app takes whatever the camera recorded and combines it into one shot? I tried doing a Pano shot with the iPhone, but it automatically cut off the picture whenever I would get about halfway down the alley. (This is not why the elephant on the left is separated into one disjoined segment hovering above the other — that’s how it’s actually painted!) submitted by /u/bennetthaselton |
