Moving to the East Side

Hi All – I am moving from San Francisco to somewhere on the Eastside. I will be working in the Bel-Red area of Bellevue but would like to live somewhere in between Bellevue and Bothell. Kirkland is appealing to me, as I’d like to be near the water.

I would like a studio/1 bedroom for $2,500 or less and if possible, a building with a gym, and easily walkable to socializing. There seems to be SOOOO many buildings popping up in Redmond and Bothell, so would love any suggestions on buildings anyone particularly loves.
