My mail was delivered to my best friends house

Hi everyone! Something kind of a freaky happened yesterday and I would love to know if anyone’s had a similar experience or has any insight to how this could’ve happened! Yesterday, my bank mail (replacement debit card) with my legal name and correct address was delivered to the apartment mailbox of my best friend, who lives over a mile away from me with an address that does not even vaguely resemble mine. We’re both feeling a little rattled and would love to know how this is possible- it’s hard not to feel a little freaked out lol! Thanks everyone in advance
