I’m beyond frustrated with how GPS Renting treated me as a tenant. I’ve rented before and I’ve never experienced anything as shady or neglectful as this company.
While I was pregnant, mold appeared in the house I was renting, and despite multiple urgent maintenance requests, they dragged their feet and barely addressed the issue. Along with other issues… After we moved out, they tried to pin pre-existing damages on us, even though we documented everything when we moved in. It took threatening legal action just to get some of our deposit back.
Has anyone else been through this nightmare with them? Have other tenants been ignored, mischarged, or stuck living in unsafe conditions like mold or even asbestos?
