A neighbor on my street has been leaving increasingly threatening notes on cars parked (completely legally) on the street, including two cars that I own. Current registration and tabs in all cases, parked less than 72 hours. I’m honestly not sure I would feel safe knocking on this note writer’s door to discuss this incredibly un-neighborly and inappropriate behavior.
