New to Seattle! Looking for a budget-friendly event photographer!

Hi Everyone!

I recently moved to Seattle and I’m in search of an event photographer for an upcoming celebration. My mom is turning 60 this year, and I’m planning an intimate surprise party in Downtown Seattle. I need an affordable photographer who can capture candid moments and portraits over a 2-hour period.

I’ve checked on Yelp and folks that have responded are quite pricey (> $750 for 2 hours)!. Maybe I’m just out of touch. If anyone has recommendations for local, personable and affordable event photographers, I’d greatly appreciate it.
