New to usa, need recommendations with apartments

Hello all,

Need recommendations for a studio or 1b1b place near bellevue.

I’ll be working in downtown, preference is to stay walking distance from downtown mall, but further works too if there reliable and safe public transport.

I can drive but don’t want go get a car.

I don’t a budget in mind, but i guess anything from 1.5k to 2.2k works. Also any suggestions about places to def avoid?
