Having a New Year’s Party at home this year and doing traditional seafood for about 16 folks. Last year we did a sashimi platter from Seattle Fish Guys (excellent) and we will probably do it again this year but I’m also considering some other styles of seafood to add in. Anyone have a good recommendation for classic raw platters? Scandinavian platters? Let’s trade order-in-advance New Year’s seafood tips before it’s too late.
