What are your guys’ recommendations for apartments in Downtown Bellevue?
I’m trying to find a 1b1ba (at least 600sqft) apartment with all hardwood floor if possible. Carpet in just the bedroom is not ideal but acceptable. Must have AC and in unit laundry. I’m willing to get a place for as high as $3000/mo as long as they have some sort of move in special.
Soma Towers is a bit outdated, doesn’t seem to have many positive reviews about it’s management, and is too expensive. They don’t offer any specials and a small studio is over $2300.
Ideally my budget is $2500-2700 for the base rent
