If you’re in a coffee shop with your dog and the barista tells you that dogs aren’t allowed in here, and then you lie and say “Oh, she’s a service animal,” that’s not cool? A business has a policy, the workers have an obligation to said policy, and you can’t just lie about your dog, which has literally 0 indicator of being a service dog and definitely isn’t acting like one, and gaslight this person just trying to do their job. It also doesn’t help when you then exchange looks with your friend after the fact and act like you just got away with something
