Nordstrom Rack leaving Westlake Center and Moving down the street to former Forever 21 space

Nordstrom Rack is one of the two main large retailers in Westlake Center, which seems like it bodes poorly for the mall. This move is probably a good sign for downtown retail though, as the new space is going to be I’d guess 2-3 times the square footage.
