Am I tripping? I‘ve been googling how to get from the greater seattle area to Victoria by car ferry and I am not finding what I’m looking for, but maybe things have changed. In the late 2000’s I remember taking a ferry to Victoria with our car from somewhere north of Seattle (i really don’t think it was Port Angeles, but not 100% about that). I think it was Mukilteo or Edmonds. The ferry made 2-3 stops in the San Juan Islands and I remember it just being an amazingly beautiful trip. The only car ferry I see today seems to be from Port Angeles and it’s direct. The route seems less likely to take in the view of the islands.
i don’t think I’m misremembering things because it’s always been a great memory.
