Hi Bellevue people, There is an old lady whom I always see near Apna Bazar/ Fred Meyer place. Does anyone of you know anything about her. She tried to reach out but I got scared and left. I feel weird and sad afterwards. Let me know if anyone of you have talked to her or what do you think?
