Pest issue

I just moved back to Washington today. I received my keys and was disappointed to see dead bugs everywhere. I couldn’t tell if they were bed bugs or cockroaches and there were definitely spiders. The property manager mentioned the unit would be remodeled with new carpet, appliances, paint, etc. but nothing was done. I couldn’t wait for them to get cleaners out since my things are sitting in storage and I need a place to sleep so I hired cleaners. Over $600 later, they reported more bugs coming out of appliances and cabinets. I decided not to move my things in and sleep elsewhere. The manager said they would credit me $150. Absolutely not. Yes, everything is documented with pictures. I want out. Please share any advice.
