I want to pick up trash around my street because it’s getting crazy out here. My questions is: is there a way (or a program) for SPU to collect the bagged trash from me but it doesn’t go towards my personal account? essentially I just don’t want to pay extra money because I will fill up my own bins very quickly, and I don’t think I should have to pay extra.
