Please spread the word for PAX goers: You do NOT have to buy the CDs outside the convention center

Please spread the word because I saw too many people getting scammed at SakuraCon earlier this year.

• Refuse anything somebody tries to give you.

• If somebody hands you something, give it back or drop it.

• If they are trying to sell you something, ignore them. Do not talk back to them.

• Do not buy anything from them.

• If they ask you to scan a QR code, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT.

• If they claim they’re raising money for charity, don’t trust them.

• Just keep walking, do not give them the time of day. Do not make eye contact with them.

• If you actually were duped into buying one of these CDs, absolutely do not insert it into any device.

Please spread the word and if you find somebody who is being duped, please stop them.
