The New Year seems an apt time to embark on new adventures – so embarking we are! We’re greeting 2025 with the exciting launch of our next chapter. But with this Hello comes a Goodbye, as we bid farewell to our beloved Plum Bistro and Plum Chopped. We will look back on these past 20 years with great gratitude for your patronage. It’s been such a pleasure to share the joy of vegan food with you. You’ll find many of your favorite Plum Bistro recipes in my latest cookbook SIMPLE GOODNESS, so pick up a copy and give your favorites a whirl.

I hope you’ll follow me as I launch Makini’s, a tofu company offering an equitable, thoughtful and great-tasting plant protein that’s all spiced up and ready to go into whatever you’re making – wraps, stir-fry, sandwiches, salads or soups.
