Spotted this vehicle on Capitol Hill going towards block party. Had extra mirrors, bells and whistles on the vehicle, also was making random stops every couple hundred feet or so in an odd fashion. Keep a lookout and stay safe everyone 🫶🏼 submitted by /u/7thlegendarymember |
