I got a SPU bill notification this morning and realized that I was no longer enrolled in autopay, so my recent bill hadn’t been paid and I was charged late fees. I had been enrolled in autopay for years without any issue.
Customer service said they have been receiving calls about this, and are waiving late fees if you contact them. Check your account to make sure autopay is still enabled!
