PSA: Home Sellers that paid a NWMLS Realtor are included in the National Realtor Class Action Settlement

Remember that class action lawsuit against the National Association of Realtors (NAR) that was big national news a couple of years ago? Maybe you don’t, but I pay close attention to this sort of stuff. At the time, I read that the NWMLS was not included in that class action because it was independent from the NAR. Well, I decided to look at it again and found that those of us who sold a home with an NWMLS agent are actually eligible!

If you sold a home between October 31, 2019 through August 17, 2024 and paid a commission to an agent, you should go file a claim at https://www.realestatecommissionlitigation.com/
