Starting in early spring and going through summer we start to get low tides during the day and when they are lower than 2 feet or so there is enough sand exposed that you could walk along the shore between Golden Gardens and Carkeek. Minus tides are ideal but today at around a 1.5 tide it looked passable, if you don’t mind walking on some shingle. Some weeks you get one day a week where you get a low enough tide during the day, some weeks it is almost every day. The Meadow Point tide station is the closest. When tide is 3 feet or higher the water can reach up to the railroad berm so you really want to avoid crossing then. https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/noaatidepredictions.html?id=9447265
