Hi! I am not in Bellevue yet, so not sure how much of a stupid question this is – but I am looking at places near the Botanical Garden and my office will be downtown, the walk would be only 30 minutes, but is the area actually walkable? How safe is it to cross under the 405 by foot? What about by bike?
