I’m heavily, heavily burnt out from my job and need a break. I’ve been trying to get work accomodations to try and cope with it but my doctor’s dragged her feet this entire time. It’s been so bad that my therapist recommended I turn myself in to an inpatient facility (because I confessed suicidal ideation to her when I shouldn’t have). I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with healthcare professionals and I just flat out don’t trust them enough to do an inpatient stay.
