It’s hard to find anything to eat besides fast food at late night hours, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a Thai Food Truck that’s open till 2am, here in Bellevue. And It was good! Highly recommend. It’s rather discretely parked at the AM/PM gas station in the corner of NE 8th and 116th.
Had Pad Kee Mao and egg roll, and because it was 1am late night, everything was freshly made to order so these were some of the hottest crispiest egg roll ever.
