Hi everyone, our landlord will not extend our lease as they plan to sell the property where we are at this moment. Therefore, we are back in the market – we are just two people and a dog, so ideally a 2 bedroom or a spacious 1 bedroom (like 1000+ sq ft). We were hoping to not see huge increase – at this moment we pay 3300 for rent and all fees (excl. electricity and internet, but covers w/s/g and parking). Therefore ideally to not go over 3500 (less is better). We would love to be in walkable distance from Bellevue downtown. Is that achievable? Or should we rather aim for somewhere further away from downtown for lower price and accept the cost to commute (parking and gas)?
