Rehoming my sweet tabby-Siamese girl – needs a dog-free home (Seattle / Queen Anne)

Hi everyone — I’m looking for a new home for my 1-year-old cat. She’s a beautiful tabby Siamese mix, around 10 pounds, healthy, and already spayed.

I adopted her and her sister from Seattle Humane when they were about 4 months old. She’s always been affectionate and well-adjusted — but two months ago I brought home a puppy, and everything changed. It’s been rough. They haven’t been able to get along, no matter how much I’ve tried to separate them and manage their space.

Even when the puppy is calmly in his crate, she’ll go over, stir him up, and sometimes just attack. When I try to break them up, she gets so stressed that she’ll scratch or bite — my hands are covered in marks at this point. She’s gone from confident to scared, anxious, and overwhelmed, and on edge all the time.

She really is a sweet cat when she feels safe. She loves to cuddle and be near people. I think she’d do so much better in a home with no other pets, no kids — just a calm, quiet space where she can relax and feel secure again.

I’m in Queen Anne — happy to have you come meet her if you think you might be a good fit. Feel free to DM me with questions or if you want more info.
