REI rep still defending decision to endorse Burgum

Additionally, this dude seemed to be peeved that I asked if my membership was refundable because he responded by stating that he had already sent a request to cancel my account, which he snarkily noted would invalidated my rewards. I asked for no such action, just asked if it was refundable. Of course I’m not going to let them absorb my rewards just because I don’t want to support this company any more, that would be literally handing them cash. Pretty uncool behavior.
