Based on the comments, I’ve decided I’ll most likely not be bringing my car when I relocate from Austin. Now I’m trying to figure out where to live.
Should I live in Downtown Bellevue or in the Spring District?
If I live in the Spring District, I could walk to work. If I live in DT, my girlfriend (who works remote) would probably enjoy it more since it’s more walkable, with better access to shopping, parks, and things to do. I could just take the light rail to work, which seems like around a 15 minute commute.
In terms of price, they seem pretty similar. So far, Sparc in the Spring District looks like a good option, and in Downtown I’m considering Metro 112 and Main Street Flats.
Any other suggestions or advice on which area would be better for us?
