We are moving to Bellevue from out-of-state. We have only been able to virtually tour the rental houses we are considering. One of the homes is located near Newport Tennis and Swim Club. We’re worried that the house has been listed on Zillow for 80+ days. Does anyone know of any concerns with the area?
