Hi all. I live in Wallingford and have noticed an increase in homeless folks in the area. This post isn’t to complain about that fact. It’s a post about a specific person I believe needs help but not sure the best way to approach that as a younger woman. I’ve seen the same individual at the 45th and Stone Way bus stop for the past 2 days. He’s in a wheelchair and I’m concerned about his health. From a quick assessment, he’s not in crisis or any overt distress, but I worry about the fact he’s been in the same position for 48 hours (pressure injuries are a big deal in wheelchair users). He clearly has health issues that are not being treated. What is the best way to get this individual help?
