Schools need to be maintained, please. (Bathroom related warning)

I am Male in High School in Seattle, and I went to the bathroom, for context, I avoid school bathrooms like the plague, mostly because of what other people are doing in there.

So, I went to the bathroom, in which the urinal decided today that it did not want to drain. I went to the sink to wash my hands, one of them did NOT work (there were two, and it wasn’t outputting water), and one of the two soap dispensers was also not working (there was soap in it, but it also wasn’t outputting).

This isn’t an isolated incident either, ~40% of my school’s Male bathrooms are under “maintenance,” and have been for months, sometimes even since I was a Freshman (I’m a Junior).

Additionally, requiring that I can only go to the bathroom for 5-10 minutes at a time is infuriating, and having hall monitors from the YMCA patrolling for students without passes (that’s what they said, might not be true).

I feel I am in a low quality Prison now, I already knew that, but I never thought they could sink lower than this.
