Seat softness on the light rail

Question: how soft are the seats on the light rail?

Background: I’m a 53yo woman who is recovering from surgery in my genital region, and I have to get from the far north end into Seattle for follow up doctors’ appointments. Because of traffic and parking costs, I’d like to be able to take the light rail from Lynnwood into the city, but I’m concerned that hard seats would make me very uncomfortable in my surgical areas.
