(I’m not talking about the people parked on the highway shoulder leading to the airport, different issue…)
People take advantage of the lack of enforcement at SeaTac and park and wait for their traveller at the first few doors (Alaska) of the passenger pickup zone of Arrivals drive.
This creates a bottleneck at the bends coming into arrivals…
The other airports I frequent (IAD, LAX, RNO, OAK, SFO, PHX) staff traffic cops with whistles and ticket books at the pickup zones to fix this issue…
Why doesn’t SeaTac do this? I assume they have the money (they have $5bil in capital projects programmed…)
