Seattle Parks Dept to close Alki and Golden Gardens parks early this summer & Seattle Police Department to enforce new closing times

Parks closed and gates locked at 10:30, fires to be extinguished at 10:00, Seattle Police contracted to enforce with their usual misplaced vigor. This is going to work out GREAT.
