I am a first-year teacher relocating to Seattle to be closer to family. I just completed my Masters and licensure and have 3 years experience with my previous school district as a para/sub. I have applied to over 25 positions with SPS but have yet to land an interview. Any SPS employees have any tips or tricks to stand out? Or have any insight to hiring process/timeline? I understand SPS is extremely competitive. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated 😃
